Technical Services & Replacement of Mortality Plants

Our Service Department with technically qualified staff provide after sales service and farmers' advisory services to our customers to get better plant establishment and faster growth of Sandle and Horticultural plantations. We have largest network of employees who deliver Plants to customers at their door steps. Company provides free replacement of plants in Sandal and Horticulture plantations in case of mortality and free technical services to customers on planting method, management practices and plant protection measures. Our teams of Agricultural Experts periodically visits and supervise the plantations and suggest necessary guidelines to get better growth and higher returns.

 

Field demonstrations & Technical Guidelines of Agri- Inputs

Service team conducts free on-farm demonstrations of agri-products viz: Micro-nutrients, Growth Promoters, Bio-fertilizers and Bio-herbal extracts in farmers fields to prove the efficacy of our quality products and advise the farmers on correct usage and dosage and stage of the crop to be applied etc. in order to reap higher yields. Besides farmer gets counseling on latest agricultural technologies to increase the production.

 

Telephonic Advisory Services

Company provides telephonic advisory services to customers to redress their queries.

 

Recommendations based on Field trails

We recommend the optimum dosage of our products based on the results of field trials conducted through Agricultural Universities and Research Stations.

 

Farmers Meetings & Felicitation of Progressive Farmers

We felicitate successful farmers who achieve higher crop yields by using our products in Farmers days in collaboration with state department of agriculture in respective states.

 

Promotion of Organic Farming in India

Company promotes Organic farming with greater emphasis on usage of Organic manures, bio-fertilizers and bio-herbal extracts to mitigate the ill effects of chemical farming.

GC/GLs ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Maintaining full manpower 1+5 compulsorily.
  2. Perfect camp setting.
  3. Conduct effective field meeting (morning &evening)on time.
  4. Perfect route and location to SRs.
  5. Demo practice in room .
  6. Perfect training on product knowledge and demonstration .
  7. Crops, crop stages knowledge in the camp area.
  8. Knowledge in organic farming and health aspects.
  9. Give good training to new SRs.
  10. GLs should give first day field training to new SRs.
  11. Preparation of reports.
  12. Daily checking of reports (DK,DAR, order form etc.)
  13. Day wise group statement.
  14. Healthy atmosphere in room .
  15. GLs should concentrate on personal sales .
  16. Competition spirit among SRs.
  17. Depositing collection day wise in company BANK ACCOUNTS/DDs preparation .
  18. Perfect documentation planning .
  19. Collecting more advances .
  20. Increase of other products and combi pack sales (focused products).
  21. Control sales transfers & combined sales .
  22. Avoid combined work .
  23. Timely sending reports to office.
  24. Remembering the commitments given.
